This site presents the work of Amnon Moalem. It is a catalogue and a point of contact, not a shop. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no purchase, reservation or transfer of ownership takes place through this website. A work changes hands only under a separate written agreement signed by the artist and the acquirer.
Titles, years, media, dimensions, sources and availability are published as accurately as we are able. Details of individual works are confirmed with the artist before publication and may be revised as the catalogue is completed. Photographs are taken under studio conditions; colour, surface and above all scale can only be approximated on a screen. Anyone considering an acquisition should regard the site as an introduction to a work and not as its full description.
Availability shown on the site reflects our records at the time of viewing and may change without notice. Prices are not published; they are discussed privately on request.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve a work, or oblige the artist to sell. We reply to serious enquiries and reserve the right not to proceed with any enquiry, at our discretion and without giving reasons. Please give accurate contact details, we cannot answer an enquiry we cannot reply to.
Every artwork shown on this site, and every photograph, text, film, design and mark on it, is protected by copyright and belongs to Amnon Moalem or is used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, print, publish, distribute, alter or use any part of it commercially, and you may not use any image of a work in any form, including print, merchandise, exhibition material or training of automated systems, without written permission from the artist.
Where a work is described as being after another artist, that description acknowledges an historical source and does not imply any claim to, or affiliation with, that artist’s estate or rights holders.
Each work is an original and is signed. Any documentation of authenticity, measurement or provenance is issued with the work itself under the separate agreement referred to above, and not through this website.
The site links to, and displays video hosted by, third parties. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from anything harmful. The site is provided as it is.
