This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, why it is collected, and what rights you have over it. The site is operated by Amnon Moalem (“the artist”, “we”), and presents original artworks for viewing and for enquiry. No purchase is completed on this website.
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we receive the details you enter, typically your name, email address, telephone number, country, the organisation you represent, the artwork you are asking about, and the content of your message. If you tell us the terms you have in mind for a work, that is recorded with your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
Enquiry details are used solely to answer you, to discuss the work you asked about, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about the artist’s work and in keeping the site secure.
Enquiries about acquiring a work, including any figures discussed and the identity of the enquirer, are treated as confidential. They are seen only by the artist and by those directly assisting with the response, and are not published, shared with other collectors, or used as a reference in negotiations with anyone else.
